United Kingdom - Generally, all orders made form the UK will be dispatched from our UK warehouse within 1-2 working days. If there is a lead time on a product you have ordered, this will be clearly displayed on the product page or shipping section of the website. We make every effort to provide an estimated delivery date in the checkout section where possible. We only use next working day delivery courier services but during busy periods next working day delivery may not be possible.
United States - Generally, all orders made from the USA will be dispatched from our UK warehouse within 1-2 working days. If there is a lead time on a product you have ordered, this will be clearly displayed on the product page or shipping section of the website. We make every effort to provide an estimated delivery date in the checkout section where possible. We offer multiple shipping services for our US customers with FedEx. The length of time the shipping takes will depend on the service you have selected.
European Union - The time it takes for your order to be delivered if you are in the EU will depend on the product you have purchased. Generally, all orders made from the EU are dispatched from our European warehouse in Rotterdam, Netherlands within 1-2 working days and are shipped on a UPS Standard service. Some products are shipped from our UK warehouse and will go via our EU warehouse. This will be clearly displayed on the checkout section when this is the case.
