The length of time it takes for you to receive your order will depend on the product(s) you have ordered, and the destination you are ordering from.
United Kingdom - Generally, all orders made form the UK will be dispatched from our UK warehouse within 1-2 working days. If there is a lead time on a product you have ordered, this will be clearly displayed on the product page or shipping section of the website. We make every effort to provide an estimated delivery date in the checkout section where possible. We only use next working day delivery courier services but during busy periods next working day delivery may not be possible.
United States - Generally, all orders made from the USA will be dispatched from our UK warehouse within 1-2 working days. If there is a lead time on a product you have ordered, this will be clearly displayed on the product page or shipping section of the website. We make every effort to provide an estimated delivery date in the checkout section where possible. We currently ship all US and Canada orders with DHL and orders to these countries usually arrive at their destination in 2-3 working days.
European Union - All orders made from EU countries are shipped from our UK factory. Your shipping label is printed in the UK, so you might get an email from the European courier stating that they will soon be in possession of your order.
When the order leaves the UK, it will be shipped to our EU warehouse in Rotterdam. This generally takes 2-3 working days. We do this to ensure that our EU customers do not have to pay any additional customs, taxes or duties after they have paid for their order. Once it arrives it Rotterdam, it must go through EU customs. Once cleared, it then gets passed to our European couriers who will complete the delivery of your order.
When it has been collected by the courier, you will receive an email notification with further tracking details. All of our EU orders are fully tracked from the moment they are picked up so you will be given an estimated delivery date as soon as one is available.
Customers ordering from non-EU countries (such as the Norway and Switzerland) may be liable to pay additional taxes/duties before their order can be received. If you are ordering to any country within the European Union, there are no additional costs/duties once your order has been made.
