If I've lost my keys, can they be replaced?

Yes they can be replaced as long as you know your unique key number. All of the keys that comes with our locks have a unique key number. This can be found on the key shaft. If you registered your keys on the LITELOK website after purchasing them, we will be able to find the key number.
Once you have located your unique key number, you can purchase a new set of keys on the LITELOK website. Replacement keys are currently priced at £20 for a pair plus delivery.
