If you are ordering from the EU, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland and Liechtenstein, there are certain ranges that are dispatched from our UK warehouse to the EU warehouse. These will include the following products -
X1, X3, and CORE.
For these products, the label is created when it leaves our UK warehouse, we then ship from the UK to our EU warehouse independently which can take up to 4 days. Your order will then go through our customs at the EU warehouse, once cleared your parcel will be dispatched via UPS. Once the parcel has been collected from the EU warehouse, your UPS tracking will then update with an estimated delivery date.
If you are ordering to any country within the European Union, there are no additional costs / duties once your order has been made.
However, if you are ordering to outside of the European Union, there may be additional tax / duty charges .
